Pack Pal is a trade name of Talon 5 Labs LLC.
These terms cover this website only. Our Privacy policy on this site also covers Pack Pal, our iPhone app. Any client project with us is covered by its own written agreement, not by these terms.
What the site is
This is our studio website. It tells you about our work and how to contact us. There are no accounts, no sales and no payments on the site.
Please use the site fairly
When you use the site, please don't:
- break the law or help someone else break it;
- send spam, junk or harmful messages to us;
- try to hack, overload, scrape at scale or disrupt the site;
- pretend to be someone else; or
- upload or send viruses or other harmful code.
We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Our content
The words, design, logos, images and code on this site belong to Talon 5 Labs LLC or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to view and share links to our pages. Please don't copy, sell or reuse our content without asking us first. Please don't use the names "Talon 5 Labs" or "Pack Pal" in a way that suggests we endorse you.
What you send us
If you send us a message, please don't include anything confidential. Sending a message does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running. But we provide it "as is" and "as available." We don't promise that it will always be available, error free or up to date. Nothing on the site is professional advice for your specific situation.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Talon 5 Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this site. Because the site is free to use, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
